Become a greeter
You do not need to be a historian.
You need to like this city and like people, and have a few hours now and then. Everything else can be learned on the first walk.
What it takes
A few hours now and then, in daylight, at times you choose. Most greeters walk a handful of times a year, and nobody counts.
What it is not
Not a job, not paid, and not an obligation. You see each request and you say yes or no. Declining costs you nothing.
How the intake works
You send the form, a coordinator calls you, and you walk a route with an experienced greeter before you take your first visitors.
